unable to access game site

i was unable to access the game site as of now (Saturday morning 11/20 EST), not from browser or ipod. (however I was still able to access the wiki page and OE forum)

the error points to domain name has been expired, and here is what I found.

a temporary workaround, you need to change the hosts. file (for PC), (the file is located in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc), adding the following entry

87.106.21.140 gameview.outer-empires.com

which will enable you to connect to the game site by browser.

everything should be back to normal now
